The Federal Government intends evaluating graduate learning outcomes against academic standards. This paper describes the work of the Learning and Teaching Academic Standards Project in Law in facilitating the development of Threshold Learning Outcomes for the Bachelor of Laws by the judiciary, the profession, regulators, educators and students.
