Today, lifelong learning term, stated as sine qua non of the knowledge society, is often brought to the agenda for the aim of qualified employee supplement within the framework of neoliberal policies. Whether on international or national platform, by means of the discourse "from cradle to grave", gaining professional competence is targeted and the whole responsibility of learning action is loaded on individual's shoulders in the concept of an individualized learning model. Under these conditions, the act of learning removed from being a preference turns into a race even a necessity and the individual completely trapped into a certification process is left doomed to lifelong learning.
