The Holy Quran, due to its unique style, eloquence and brevity has many distinctive miraculous features. These peculiarities can not be explained and elaborated without the skill and expertise in classical Arabic language. But it has to be kept in mind that though very important, language has a secondary rank in the deduction of commandments from Quran. The negative aspects related to deduction of meaning based on only language aspects and not the considering the other factors inappropriately neglects the following: 1. Fixation of meaning while considering the particular contexts. 2. Consideration and regard to the meanings of the words which were in use at the occasion of divine revelation of Quran (use of those words can possibly change over the centuries and what is important is referring to the classical Arabic). 3. Consideration towards understadnig the distinction between the actual meaning and the metaphorical meaning. 4. Prefering the rational meaning of the words which can have various different meanings. 5. Understanding the meaning in the light of interpretation provided by the Prophet ﷺ himself and his blessed companions We see that these prime pattersn of driving the correct meaning of Quranic verses are missing in the Qadyani methodology of Quranic exegesis and in their other books. This paper elaborates these and other relevant aspects in detail while providing detailed evidences and examples.

The Holy Prophet SAW took active measures to bring about a state. Education, parenting, food, housing, and atonement are all covered in those steps. They were greatly helped by the companion of the holy prophet SAW. Although everyone participated in these actual actions, unique individuals continued to play a significant role. The Holy Prophet SAW built the Islamic state by utilising the specific skills of these individuals. For instance, Ammar ibn Jamu was a jihadi figure, while Mauz ibn Jaaml was dispatched as the agent of Yman. Abdudullah ibn Makhtoom was chosen as Mouzn (Azan calling man) and teacher along with the deputy Madina Munwwra. Abdur Rahman ibn Auaf's economic and social contributions are readable. In the contemporary age, notable figures like Dr. Tah Hussain, Abdulallah Ibn Baz, and Ahmed Yaseen attained prominence in society despite having physical disabilities and fulfilled their political, social, and educational roles. No one denies the importance of where to stop and where to initiate the recitation in the Holy Quran. The meaning and purpose of the divine word becomes clear from the knowledge of stopping and starting while its recital. From the study of the Qur'an, it is known that there is a difference between the scholars of tafsir in the places of waqf and initiation. The reason for this difference may be a difference in interpretation, a difference in reading, and the possibility of error cannot be ruled out. In this paper, the author has made a comparative analysis of the symbols of waqf in relation to waqf and initiation, which are present in the copies of the holy Qurán published by King Fahd Qur'an Complex (Madinah Munawarah) and the symbols of waqf that are in the copies of the holy Qurán published in the subcontinent. Following the method of Induction, specific places in the two published copies of the holy Qur'an where there is agreement on waqf and initiation and also places where there is disagreement in both Mus'hafs, have been determined. At the end of the paper some recommendations are also given on this comparative review.

The sacred time and sacred place are one of the most widely used concepts in the mythological world. These two concepts have long preoccupied the human mind to an extent that we find them in contemporary fiction today. It is as if the sacred time and sacred place have opened the way into modern novels from the mythical world and are re-emerged with a different perspective. Bakhtiar Ali is one of the writers who has repeatedly used these concepts in the labyrinth of his novels and illustrated them alongside other modern elements and concepts. The present article attempts to study why and how these two concepts are used in the novels (the City of White Musicians, Parwana‘s sunset and The Last Pomegranate of the World.) Keywords: myth, sacred place, sacred time, Bakhtiar Ali, the city of white musicians, Parwana‘s sunset, the last pomegranate in the world.

T?be?n and Taba T?be?n strived hard to prevent any kind of debate based on the color and differences of debate, following the path of the Sah?bah (may Allah be pleased with them). This series of tafs?r of the Holy Quran continued with all the changing requirements of the time and the commentary discussions of the Holy Qur'an. The status of Tafs?r also gained a prominent position and the status of permanent knowledge. According to the order of the Holy Qur'an, every verse of the Holy Qur'an began to be interpreted and the publication of Tafsir Ilm-e-Tafs?r started from almost here. The most basic source of Qur'anic commentary is the Holy Qur'an itself. Prophet? was the first commentator of the Qur'an. The character of Muhammad?, his method, Sunnah and habits are all part of the interpretation of the Qur'an. The Prophet? has clearly described the issues facing the people of that time. Similarly, the special thing in Qazi San?ullah's book ‘Tafs?r Mazhar?...

Structuralism is a conceptual and methodological approach to describing and analyzing literature texts. This approach sees the text as separate entity that should be treated independently. In literature, (the author, the text, the reader) focuses on the text. Ferdinand de Saussure, a Swiss linguist, semiotician, and philosopher propounded the structuralism theory also known as structuralism. This approach focuses on the literary text, the text is the center for the analysis. It ignores the author's life and environment, i.e. in analyzing the structures of literary text, Structuralism is general theory of culture and methodology that implies that elements of human culture must be understood by the way of their relationship to a broader system. This makes it different from approaches like psychoanalysis and historical-biographical approach that focuses on the psychology the biography of the writer, the environment, and the social environment, structuralism only cares about the tex...

In Sunnī and Imāmī jurisprudence, some have said that the legal base in devising rulings is founded on “differentiation between similarities (mutimāthilāt)” and “reconciliation between differences (mutafarriqāt)” and in other words, the legal basis is on the notion of considering the ruling of the similar subjects as different and the ruling of the different subjects as similar. Most of those maintaining the existence of this basis in legal law have stated it as a reason for the invalidity of analogy (qiyās); and some have resorted to it for solving the problems of the rulings that are apparently inconsistent with intellect. The only reason of those maintaining this view is the examples in which the ruling for the similar subjects is apparently considered as different and the ruling of the different subjects as similar. Some jurists have rejected the existence of such basis in legal law and have mentioned some responses to the claims of its proponents, most of which indicate the leg...

Semiotic-semantic discourse analysis, as a suitable model for religious text analysis, particularly Nahj al-Balagha, utilizes the tensive semiotics model introduced by Jacques Fontanille and Claude Zilberberg. This model delves into the intricate interplay between intensive (emotional, internal) and expansive (cognitive, external) valencies, offering valuable insights into the dynamic structure of the text, emphasizing the tensive-active and sensory-perceptive relationships. This article explores how meaning is intricately woven in the enunciation, bridging the gap between quantitative and qualitative dimensions, thus shedding light on the production of meaning in the discourse processes within the Imam's letters to Mu’awiyah. The study transcends a mere analysis of the fixed letter structure, focusing on the fluid and adaptable nature of the letters' production process and the interactive dimension between the agent and the actor in the enunciation space.

In this article, the Bill passed by legislation Assembly Pakistan in 2018 to keep the rights of Transgender persons. It seems sound when it comes to legislation on Eunuch (Khunsa), but there are different contradictions right from the bill's first page, which is all about transgender. An attempt is made to differentiate between intersex and transgender communities. The defined terms are not solely applicable to intersex people also, it seems like LGBT the community is protected by this bill. A series of contradictions in definitions make the bill ordinary. International human rights institutions have given their observations on this topic. Furthermore, when the constitution of Pakistan does not permit such a bill through its wide range of subsections. The other factor which will cause serious implications when the bill is taken as a tool to promote homosexuality is homosexual marriages. The term used in this Act "self-perceived identity" make the bill more vulnerable. On the other hand, there are clear distinctions between transgenders and Khunsa. When the terminologies included are wrong then their sect, their sections of the bill become null and void

Prior to migration to Madina, Muslims faced severe restrictions on practicing their faith openly while residing in Macca. Consequently, they secretly assembled at the house of Arqam bin Abi Arqam for worship and education. As the hostility from the non-believers in Macca intensified, hindering not only their worship but also their ability to live in accordance with their faith freely, Muslims were granted permission to migrate initially to Abyssinia and eventually were commanded to relocate to Madina. Madina became the new homeland for the Muslim community. Upon their arrival in Madina, the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) embarked on the first administrative task: establishing the foundation of the Prophet's Mosque. This mosque served not only as the central place of worship but also as a hub for various aspects of Muslim life, including education, spiritual remembrance, dispute resolution, and governance. It played host to important gatherings, such as imprisoning captives, gathering resources for jihad, and receiving foreign delegations. Even today, by reestablishing the mosque as a focal point for worship and addressing contemporary societal issues, Muslims can reap the same blessings, fostering unity and national security. This article examines the historical significance of the mosque, the importance of the minbar and mehrab, and its pivotal role in diverse aspects of Muslim life.
