Executive Summary The overarching objective of <strong>WP5 "Communication, Dissemination and Outreach"</strong> is to ensure a coordinated communication, strategy and plan are delivered for the ARCHIVER project and its Pre-Commercial Procurement (PCP) scheme, providing adequate visibility to all stakeholders. As stated in the Grant Agreement Article 38.1, "The beneficiaries must promote the action and its results, by providing targeted information to multiple audiences (including the media and the public) in a strategic and effective manner". In line with this, this <strong>strategic plan</strong> covers all the activities related to communication and outreach across the multiple target groups. This plan also defines performance measures that can subsequently be used to monitor the effectiveness of it. Integrated dynamic urban scale sources-and-flux model for PPs

A full table of the triplet area in Point 1/5, updated with bunch length of 9 cm, has been presented. The table assumes coating (excluding the drift) but a table without coating is also present in a document in preparation. Gianluigi commented that the contribution of drifts is large and deserve an analysis of the impact on heat load if these parts are not coated. Serge commented that the cost of coating has to compare also on the running cost of power consumption. Gianni replied that the impact of the drift if not coated is also included in the note and will be clearly spelled out in the presentation to the HL-TCC.
