The product that he produced-may God's prayers and peace be upon him-whose revenues reached the east and west of the earth, was through an integrated approach that meets the needs of the individual in all aspects, including aspects of mental health, there is no fear, no concern, no weakness, and no psychological imbalance. Education scholars and psychologists criticize each other in a number of ideal educational theories, realism, and pragmatism, and this is what I observed during my studies at the College of Education by studying a diploma in them, while we have one of the best approaches that history has known in all fields, including mental health. It is true that the researcher enters the Sunnah directly through the books of the Sunnah to produce the curriculum that the Messenger of God-may God's prayers and peace be upon him-drew for us-not to embrace it and start from their rules first, but rather proceed from the approach of prophethood first. This prophetic approach to mental health has left generations with pride in itself, in its approach, in facing society, and in leading the world, even as they are at an early age the leaders of armies such as Usama bin Zaid. To the extent that they support the mental health of children, their giving is when they grow up; since childhood, important touches have been placed in their personality.

القرآن الكريم هو كتاب الله تبارك وتعالى فيه تعاليم دين الله تعالى وهو الإسلام، لكي يوحده الناس ويقيمون العبودية له، وهذا كله يتحقق في الالتزام بما شرعه الله عز وجل والابتعاد عن كل ما يغضبه من الذنوب والمعاصي، ونظراً لما يمثله هذا الموضوع من أهمية في حياة الفرد والمجتمع على حد سواء رأيت من المناسب أن أدلوا بدلوي منبهاً إلى خطورة هذا الأمر فكان البحث بعنوان (أثر الذنوب والمعاصي على الفرد والمجتمع في القرآن الكريم _ دراسة موضوعية)، علماً أننا تطرقنا لبعض الآثار والتي وجدنا من المناسب أن نذكرها في هذا البحث خدمة للصالح العام وقد جاءت تفاصيلها في القرآن الكريم دون التطرق إلى غيرها، مع ملاحظة ترتيبها في القرآن الكريم. الكلمات الافتتاحية: أثر، ذنوب، معاصي، الفرد، المجتمع

تتكلم الرسالة عن الأصول المختلف فيها بين المنتسبين للسنة والجماعة أو ما يسمى بـ :" اهل السنة" . جاء البحث تحت عنوان أصول أهل السنة دراسة مقارنة بين الأشاعرة والحنابلة والمتصوفة، لحصر وتحديد أصول أهل السنة المختلف فيها ودراستها.ومن ثم معرفة الرأي الصواب في هذه الأصول المختلفة. وكان من نتائج البحث أن الأصول المختلف فيها في الفكر السني أربعة فأولها وأكبرها مسألة الصفات في الصفات الخبرية وصفة الكلام وقد كان فيها موقفان واضحان،وان موقف الحنابلة هو الأصل و الأولى لكن موقف المتصوفة والأشاعرة ليس خطئا،وأما ثاني المسائل فوجوب المعرفة والنتيجة فيها جواز أي طريق موصل للتعرف على الله،وثالثها خبر الواحد والنتيجة أن خبر الواحد إذا احتف بقرائن هو المقبول في العقائد،ورابعها علاقة الإيمان بالعمل وثمرة هذا الخلاف في حكم تارك الصلاة.كما تناول البحث موقف أهل السنة من أهم ثلاث مسائل في التصوف المحسوب على السنة وهي الكشف الصوفي والحقيقة المحمدية ووحدة الوجود.

أصدرت المبادرة المصرية اليوم ورقة بعنوان "لمعتنقي "الأديان السماوية" حصرًا؟ - كيف ناقشت الأعمال التحضيرية للدساتير المصرية قضايا حرية الدين والمعتقد؟" الورقة من تأليف محمد جمال علي الباحث بملف حرية الدين والمعتقد بالمبادرة وراجعها وحررها فريق عمل المبادرة. وتقدم الورقة قراءة متعمقة للنقاشات التحضيرية للدساتير المصرية حول مواد حرية الدين والمعتقد، وهي قراءة تستهدف بيان كيفية تناول التيارات والقوى السياسية المختلفة لقضايا حرية الدين والمعتقد، والكيفية التي غدا بها مصطلح الأديان السماوية مستخدما بكثافة للحد من الحريات الدينية والتنوع الديني داخل البلاد. كما تقدم الورقة قراءة نقدية للتفسير القضائي للمناقشات التحضيرية الخاصة بمواد حرية الاعتقاد في دستور ١٩٢٣؛ حيث يمثل هذا التفسير القضائي الحجة الأبرز للأحكام القضائية المؤكدة لحصر الحريات الدينية على الأديان"السماوية" الثلاثة المعترف بها فحسب.

This study aims to find answers to how the position of the book ta'limul muta'allim in Islamic boarding schools and the extent of its influence in the formation of a strong personality. This field research uses phenomenological theory and comes to several conclusions, namelythe book of Ta'limul Muta'allim has an important role in the formation of a strong personality in Islamic boarding schools. The role of this book is not just a mere formality, but is very applicable in everyday life. Another conclusion from this research is that the book of Ta'limul Muta'allim has a special position compared to other books.

وظف الحداثيون في دراسة وقراءة النص القرآني مناهج متعدد كالمنهج الألسني والمنهج التاريخي والمنهج الهيرمينوطوقي والمنهج الأنثروبولوجي، وقد خُص هذا البحث إلى بيان قراءة الحداثيين للنص القرآني الكريم وفق المنهج الأنثروبولوجي، الذي يرى في الدين أن له مكونات أساسية تتمثل في العقائد والطقوس والأساطير، وهذا المنهج اعتمده الحداثيون في قراءاتهم التي ترى في النص القرآني نصا تاريخيا ومنتجا ثقافيا، وأن النصوص الدينية والنصوص البشرية لا فرق بينهما، لأنها تخضع لقوانين ثابتة. لذا حاولت هذه الورقة البحثية الإجابة عن مدى إمكانية تطبيق المنهج الأنثروبولوجي في قراءة النص القرآني، وقد توصلنا إلى أن هذا المنهج بشكله الحالي هو عبارة عن جهود بشرية نشأت في بيئات غربية، كان الصراع فيها محتدما بين الكنيسة والعلم، وأنه ليس ملائمًا لدراسة النص القرآني الذي له خصائص غير موجودة في الكتاب المقدس. Modernists engaged in the study and reading of the Qur’anic text employed various approaches. Most distinct approaches are the linguistic approach, the historical approach, the herminotonic approach and the anthropological approach. This research paper has been devoted to explain the modernists' reading and studying of the Qur’anic texts according to the anthropological approach which is viewed today as a distinct field of research. Anthropological approach is a rather new approach which breaks down religion to some basic components. The most significant components are belief, rituals and myths. This approach adopted by the modernists in their studies and readings, see the Qur’anic texts as a historical and cultural product and in their view, religious holy texts and human judicial texts are the same, being subjected to determined and fixed laws. The aim of this research paper was to find the possibility of applying the anthropological approach to studying and reading the Qur’anic text. The conclusion is that this approach in its current form, is a human effort to understanding Qur’anic text. However the fact that this approach originated in a western environment when there was conflicts between the science and church, makes it inappropriate to study the Quranic text that has different properties and views than the Biblical Scriptures.
