Abstract

The management of Human Talent has evolved in the organizational and business world along with administrative theory, trying to adapt to changes in the environment and society. Each administrative theory according to the business reality of the time in which it was developed and according to it’s needs related to personnel, gave a different treatment to human talent. That is why in this chapter a review of the evolution of the most relevant administrative theories is made, in a special way the following are treated: scientific administration, classical theory, human relations theory, structuralist theory, bureaucratic theory, systems theory, contingency theory, theory of total quality and theory
