Kegiatan Pengabdian Pada Masyarakat melalui skema Ipteks bagi Masyarakat (IbM) ini bertujuan untuk membuka kesempatan kepada dua Mitra usaha batu bata diKecamatan Mapanget, Kota Manado untuk mengembangkan usaha batu bata sebagai usaha ekonomi produktif dan berkelanjutan. Tujuan khusus dari kegiatan IbM ini adalah: (1)Membuat mesin pengaduk bahan baku batu bata untuk meningkatkan kapasitas produksi batu bata; (2)Memberikan pelatihan penggunaan dan perawatan mesin kepada kelompok usaha batu bata; (3)Memberikanpelatihan tentang sistem manajemen usaha batu bata sehingga pengusaha batu bata mampu lebih professional dalam mengelola usahanya; dan (4)Memberikan penyuluhan tentang metode konservasi lahan bekas galian bahan baku batu bata. Tercapainya tujuan-tujuan tersebut diukur melalui indikator luaran yang dihasilkan berupa : (1) Satu unit mesin pengaduk bahan baku batu bata yang terbuat dari material daur ulang; (2) Jasa pelatihan tentang penggunaan dan perawatan mesin pengaduk bahan b...

Crackers are not just a food complement, but they are already become typical souvenir culinary products of a region. Toyomarto Village in Singosari District, Malang Regency, has the potential of cracker household industry. The problems in this business are (1) The drying of pulp cracker is hampered during the rainy season and the product is declined by 60% in the rainy season; (2) Unhygienic mixer due to irreversible rotating device which never washed; (3) Still used bleng which is prohibited by the Ministry of Health of Indonesia Government, so the cracker is very potential in interfering consumer health; (4) The cracker producer still does not know what the food additive which recommended by Ministry of Health, neither does how to use it. The solutions offered for solving the problems are: (1) Designing and making dryer; (2) Designing and making mixer; (3) Replacing bleng with food additive which permitted by Minister of Health, namely STPP (Sodium Tri Poly Phosphat); (4) Improving knowledge and skills of cracker producer in the using of STPP.

Community service has been carried out by analyzing the situation which include: partners do not get used to bookkeeping finance, layout and arrangement of materials and machines in the production room has not been well organized and less clean, there is no final inspection for finished products, variations of convection products are still little, limited pattern-making for the product, and how to get an order that still relies on old customers. For that done devotion to the convection partner of clothing by helping to develop the business koneksekseks. The purpose of this community renewal activity is to provide knowledge about quality management and bookkeeping, effective production process, product and business development, and online promotion to business partners. The "UD Barokah Collection" clothing involves production in Bamboo Kreo Ciledug housing area and Convection "Aura Shendy" in Petukangan Utara Sub-District -Pesanggrahan, South Jakarta. The method of activity implementation is divided into 4 stages : Quality Management Training and Practice, Effective Production Process Training and Practice, Product Development Training and Practice, Promotion Training (Marketing) and Practice. Having been given training in the form of knowledge and practice partners get financial knowledge then partners can do the bookkeeping every day. Partners are able to calculate the cost of production for each unit of production in addition to making a variety of products with various types of styles and models of clothing with good quality. With increasing partner financial knowledge more carefully in financial management and designing future investments by saving. With the knowledge of effective production process applied impact convection business become more orderly, comfortable and clean, Furthermore with the knowledge of marketing in the form of online promotion gives the thought that the partners try to run the business convection business for the time being and upcoming well and keep trying to do promotion business keep and improve the quality of business to increase consumer satisfaction.

Desa Sidomulyo merupakan desa yang ada di Kecamatan Bangsal Kabupaten Mojokerto yang berkembang sebagai industri olahan kerupuk rambak sapi sebagai produk unggulan bagi Kabupaten Mojokerto. Kelompok usaha kerupuk rambak di desa Sidomulyo masih menggunakan metode konvensional bersifat sederhana baik dalam produksi dengan peralatan terbata dengan skala ekonomi kecil. Perencanaan usaha tidak pernah dilakukan karena inisiatif sendiri dan informasi terbatas. Pola pemasaran bersifat sangat sederhana, terbatas pada wilayah Kabupaten Mojokerto, serta kemasan produk kurang menarik dan inovatif. Mayoritas pendanaan berasal dari modal sendiri, kurang akses dana ke bank atau lembaga keuangan lainya karena tidak mampu menyusun laporan keuangan sebagai syarat kredit bank, serta tidak mampu menyusun laporan pajak.Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan kelompok usaha kerupuk rambak dalam menyusun perencanaan usaha, strategi pemasaran, pengembangan usaha, proses produksi, penentuan harga pokok produk (akuntansi biaya), penyusunan dan pelaporan keuangan ekternal, dan penyusunan laporan perpajakan. Metode pengabdian masyarakat adalah action research (rencana tindak) dengan melakukan serangkaian kegiatan sosialisasi, penyuluhan, ceramah , pelatihan dan pendampingan kepada kelompok usaha kerupuk rambak sapi guna meningkatkan pengetahuan mereka dalam perencanaan usaha, pemasaran, pengembangan usaha, penentuan harga pokok produksi dan harga jual, penyusunan laporan keuangan dan pelaporan pajak. Sebelum dilakukan rencana tindak, terlebih dulu dilakukan pendekatan Rural Rapid Appraisal (RRA) guna menggali permasalahan yang ada di kelompok usaha kerupuk rambak sapi. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat adalah terbentuknya panduan manual prosedur sistem akuntansi untuk penentuan unit cost produk, terbentuknya metode penentuan harga jual produk, terbentuknya metode alokasi biaya produksi, terciptanya laporan keuangan home industry berdasarkan SAK ETAP, terciptanya sistem pelaporan perpajakan yang baik dan benar menurut self assessment. Kata kunci: Harga pokok, harga jual, sistem akuntansi, perpajakan Kecamatan Bangsal Kabupaten Mojokerto merupakan salah satu kecamatan yang ada di bagian utara Kabupaten Mojokerto Propinsi Jawa Timur., yang berada pada ketinggian 26-32 meter diatas permukaan air laut dengan luas wilayah 23,32 km2. Topografi daerah ini memperlihatkan dataran rendah dengan area persawahan perkebunan dan peternakan yang dilengkapi dengan fasilitas jalan dan irigasi yang memberikan pengairan pada area persawahan petani dengan hasil yang signifikan. Propinsi Sumatera Barat memiliki pertanian relatif luas dengan bahan pakan seperti jerami padi, Rumput Gajah dan kelompok legume yang dapat dimanfaatkan untuk kebutuhan ternak sapi potong. Luas keseluruhan Kota Padang adalah 694,96 km², dan lebih dari 60% dari luas tersebut, sekitar ± 434,63 km² merupakan daerah perbukitan yang ditutupi hutan lindung, sementara selebihnya merupakan daerah efektif perkotaan. Agar Maju and Balong Ate group is two of five groups of seaweed farmers at Labuhan Sangoro Village facing shortage of seeds quantitatively qualitatively. The project purpose seaweed seedling management then community assistance and training carried out from AprilNovember 2016. The results obtained indicate that the Balong Ate and Agar Maju group has know of management of seaweed seed garden. Amount of the seaweed seed garden of each group is 40 x 40 m with tightrope number is 20 and each strap are 200 clumps. Observation of seaweed growth rate indicates that the seaweed has a very good growth rate with growth rate 3.21 g/day.

ABSTRAK Target khusus yang diharapkan dari kegiatan ipteks bagi masyarakat kelompok tani ternak sapi adalah terbentuknya desa mandiri pakan ternak, mandiri energi dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan petani. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini yaitu participatory action research dimana masyarakat dan tim pelaksana secara bersama-sama dilibatkan dalam penentuan jenis kegiatan dan pelaksanaan kegiatan di lapangan. Kegiatan yang dilaksanakan yaitu penyuluhan, pelatihan dan pendampingan oleh dosen dan tim pendamping untuk meningkatkan kemampuan peternak dalam penanganan dan teknik penyajian pakan serta pengelolaan limbah pertanian yang berbasis pada konservasi.
