The paper discusses fundamental concepts of genetics, focusing on the structure and behavior of genes, chromosomes, and alleles. It explains the inheritance of traits, the distinction between genotype and phenotype, and the process by which genotypes are expressed as phenotypes through transcription and translation. Additionally, the document touches on the role of genetic variation in population changes and highlights examples of trait expression in organisms.

Response to Reviewers: RESPONSES TO REVIEWER'S #2 COMMENTS (bold: reviewer's comments) •Figure 1: o "Outer elements": This is now replaced with "external elements", as suggested. A few changes have been been made to the legend of the figure. o DNA phenotype: We agree that histones contribute to the phenotype of the gene. On the other hand, in the figure and in the text our attempt is to concentrate more specifically on the phenotype of the DNA molecule. In the figure we already identify "DNA phenotype " as "molecular constitution and epigenetic modification of DNA". We feel that extending this definition as suggested by the reviewer to chromatin/chromosome would not accurately reflect the major focus of our essay. •English expression: The text has been reviewed and some formulations have been improved. •E.F.Keller reference: We have introduced the suggested citation.

This article discusses the transmission of inherited traits from parents to children as well as the ability of human genome to linkage with its complementary, to produce a genetic characteristic (hybrid) that so-called the super-abilities that some have. This explains the human beings came from one father, Adam.

Polygenic inheritance first discover by Herman Nilsson-Elhe and East in kernel color in wheat. Charles Davenport and Gertrude C Devenport was discovered the inheritance of skin color in human. Character or trait refers to any property of an individual showing heritable variation. It includes morphological, physiological, biochemical and behavioural properties. Some characters are governed by one or few genes. Such traits are referred to as qualitative characters or oligogenic characters.
