The gears are today the most widespread and most frequently used mechanical transmissions, all over the world. They must be the factory on an industrial scale, everywhere and have a variety of uses, being extremely important for both the heavy machines of industrial buildings, as well as for domestic appliances, electronics, etc. meet the excessive size normal, big or even huge (used from ships, heavy machines or in energy), but also for the tools watches, or for devices of sizes micro. The work of front wishes to make an overview of the tools and then an introduction to the study of their general and a study customized for gears with fixed. The methods listed for the gears with fixed, can then be customized and used and the gears Planetary Drive (with axis elements). The work of the front and the original components, very much, such as: Geometry, forces, velocities, powers, outputs (gears), which form part of the actual dynamics of the mechanisms and also the most important criterion in respect of the performance of a mechanism.

The paper presents an original method for the determination of the yield of the gearbox, gears forces, gearbox and power. It analyzes the influence of certain parameters which affects the efficiency of the gearbox. Also an original method for the determination of the yield of the drive shafts oriented on the basis of the ratio of contact is presented the brief. The relations submitted, can be dynamic synthesis of the drive shafts oriented, in order to enhance the effectiveness of the mechanisms of mesh.
One of the most important and unavoidable part of each and every rolling machinery is the gears. Gears are of many types and kinds, they are used in watches to colliders. As in the era of mass production and fast movement gears are inevitable, so analysis of gears should be carried out to find the merits and demerits, to correct them and to design new. In this paper we used to review the analysis of gear both in analytic (Hertizian & Lewis) as well as using software(ANSYS) and their comparison. Also the important findings about the properties of gear

The development and diversification of machines and mechanisms with applications in all fields require new scientific researches for the systematization and improvement of existing mechanical systems by creating new mechanisms adapted to modern requirements, which involve increasingly complex topological structures. The modern industry, the practice of designing and building machinery is increasingly based on the results of scientific and applied research. Each industrial achievement has backed theoretical and experimental computer-assisted research, which solves increasingly complex problems with advanced computing programs using an increasingly specialized software. The robotization of technological processes determines and influences the emergence of new industries, applications under special environmental conditions, the approach of new types of technological operations, manipulation of objects in the alien space, teleoperators in the top disciplines like medicine, robots covering a whole field Greater service provision in our modern, computerized society. In this context, the present paper attempts to make a scientific and technical contribution to the kinematic analysis and geometric-kinematic synthesis of gears and gears, both as plane and spatial structures. By definition, these complex mechanisms are composed of bars and lever mechanisms (gears and racks). A remarkable problem with the use of conical gears is the spherical coupling design through three-axis spherical gear mechanisms. This modeling is extremely useful in the construction and kinematics of robots, especially the orientation mechanisms, which explains the particular interest in the use of gears and gears. The cinematic study methods of complex gears with bars and gears are particularly diverse, but a unitary method allows the adaptation and use of more efficient analytical and numerical resolution algorithms. The beginning of the use of gears and gears should be sought in ancient Egypt at least a thousand years before Christ. Here, for the first time, spur gears were used for crop irrigation and worm gears for cotton processing.

The chapter starts with the theory defining S-gears and their properties and compares S- and involute gears. Most of the text deals with cylindric spur gears. S-gears are defined with the half-symmetric rack profile, which then uniquely defines the path of contact and gears. Reshaping of the gear flanks for external and internal gear pairs is presented here and thermal behavior discussed and compared with the involute gears. Experimental verification of S-gears theory, especially durability and thermal behavior of importance for plastic gears is presented. So, in this chapter a material combination of interest was alloy steel and POM (which was only heat stabilized). The chapter presents some specific information about this. And finally, the planocentric gearbox focused on high-tech industry (e.g., robotics) is presented. The problem is how to achieve required properties. So, all possible analytical tools should be used to minimize backlash and many other parameters which is also pr...
Integration of traditional and innovation processes of development of modern science, 2020
From the standpoint of the development of possibilities of application in theory and practice, the works of Prof. B. A. Perepelitsa from Kharkov Polytechnic Institute and his disciples to develop an applied methodology of multiparameter mappings in relation to the profiling and functioning of complex curvilinear objects and transmission mechanisms in mechanical engineering, mainly with examples of gears, are presented. The work substantiates the relevance of the study of gears with a complex non-involute profile of the side surfaces of the teeth, which in some applications have advantages over involute gears and are devoid of some of their drawbacks associated with quality indicators. A technique for obtaining mating surfaces of the teeth of non-invasive gears as envelopes of the specified surfaces of the teeth of tools is described. A scheme for forming pairs of non-involute gears, from which a gearing can be composed, is proposed. At the same time, diamond-abrasive tools are consi...

There is a great need for efficient and compact gear boxes in automotive and industrial applications to improve upon their power density while reducing their dynamic vibration and noise deliveries. It is accepted that planetary gear transmissions have several advantages in comparison to conventional transmissions, such as a high power density due to the power division using several planet gears. This paper presents a literature review on deign of planetary gear and gear box.

Gear Geometry and Applied Theory
This work constituted a study of a failure in the planetary of the differential of a gear shift of a certain automobile, where only one of the gears of the system was deformed intensely. This deformation proved to be so strong that the teeth of the smaller conical gear were totally destroyed. microhardness tests, optical metallography and visual analysis were performed. In front of the data, it was concluded that the damaged gear did not show the occurrence of an apparent cementation layer, which was verified by visual inspection. However, we observed that the hardness of the region where the cementation layer should have been between 500 and 900 HV0.1 was much lower than expected, averaging 300 HV0.1.Also, the damaged gear presented fractures with material accumulation that remained in contact during the rotation of the same, because the fact of presenting low hardness in the toothed region, allowed the intense deformation caused.
