Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Persepsi Pemerintah Kota Jambi terhadap Partisipasi Masyarakat dan Transparansi Kebijakan Publik dalam Penyusunan Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Daerah (APBD). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif yaitu membandingkan antara penerapan di objek penelitian dengan teori-teori yang ada kemudian ditarik suatu kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Persepsi Pemerintah Daerah Kota Jambi terhadap Partisipasi Masyarakat dalam penyusunan APBD sudah baik hal ini dibuktikan dengan keterlibatan masyarakat dalam penyusunan APBD. Persepsi Pemerintah Daerah Kota Jambi terhadap transparansi kebijakan publik dalam penyusunan APBD juga sudah baik. Kedepan, untuk meningkatkan partisipasi masyarakat dan transparansi kebijakan publik dalam penyusunan ABPD sebaiknya Pemerintah Daerah Kota Jambi menyediakan situs khusus untuk menyampaikan informasi kepada masyarakat dan menampung aspiransi dari masyarakat berkaitan dengan penyusunan APBD.
