Certos predicados (nominais e verbais) podem ocorrer em construções que expressam estados mentais ou físicos em Canela. Nestas construções, com um ou dois argumentos, o experienciador é marcado formalmente pela posposição dativa mã: (i) [Experienciador Predicado]; (ii) [Experienciador Estímulo Predicado]. Neste artigo, apresento os diferentes tipos de predicados que podem ocorrer nas construções (i) e (ii): nomes e verbos monovalentes, bivalentes e trivalentes. Adicionalmente, identifico o padrão encontrado nessas construções e avalio a condição gramatical do sintagma dativo. Os testes sintáticos aplicados às construções incluem reflexivização, controle e apagamento nas orações coordenadas e subordinadas, e mudança de referência. As propriedades de comportamento e de controle exibidas pelo sintagma posposicional mostram que as construções (i) e (ii) compartilham muitas das características sintáticas das orações verbais. Considerando que as propriedades de comportamento e de controle são os requisitos para a categoria de sujeito, a conclusão é de que, nessas construções, o sintagma dativo comporta-se como o sujeito, não como um oblíquo. Tais evidências são suficientes para argumentar em favor da categoria gramatical do sujeito como morfologicamente heterogênea em Canela, mas que é unificada por seus comportamentos sintáticos. Abstract: A set of predicates (nominal and verbal) can occur in constructions that express mental or physical states in Canela. In these constructions, with one or two arguments, the experiencer is overtly marked by the dative postposition mã: (i) [Experiencer Predicate]; (ii) [Experiencer Stimulus Pdicate]. In this paper, I present the different predicates that can occur in constructions (i) and (ii): nouns and monovalent, bivalent, and trivalent verbs. I also identify the pattern found in these constructions and evaluate the grammatical condition of the dative phrase. The syntactic tests applied to the constructions include reflexivization, control and deletion in coordinate and subordinate clauses, and switch-reference. The properties of behavior and control displayed by the dative postpositional phrase show that constructions (i) and (ii) share many of the syntactic characteristics of verbal sentences. Considering that the properties of behavior and control are the requirements for the category of subject, it can be concluded that in these constructions, the dative postpositional phrase is the subject, not an oblique. Such evidence is sufficient to argue in favor of the grammatical category of subject as a morphologically heterogeneous category in Canela, but at the same time is unified by its syntactic behaviors.

O artigo apresenta uma pesquisa realizada com traços semânticos de verbos intransitivos e descritivos da língua Canela (Timbira, Jê, Macro-Jê). Essa pesquisa guiou-se pelos conjuntos de traços semânticos postulados por Mithun (1991, 2008). A pesquisa apresentada teve como principal objetivo discutir a possível relação entre traços semânticos e a intransitividade cindida na língua. Para isso, separamos as etapas de pesquisa da seguinte maneira: primeiro, uma breve discussão sobre o alinhamento de intransitividade cindida; depois, uma sistematização das propriedades verbais da classe de descritivos no Canela; e, por último, a análise dos resultados alcançados com a separação de verbos por traços semânticos na língua. Por fim, evidenciamos que a codificação de argumentos de verbos monovalentes na língua opera de acordo com a presença/ausência dos seguintes traços: [performance/efeito/instigação] e [controle].

O Canela, língua indígena Timbira (família Jê, tronco Macro-Jê), é falado pelos povos Apãniekrá e Ramkokamekrá do Maranhão.

This study presents the distribution of leishmaniasis in the town of Buriticupu, Maranhão, Brazil, by month, season, occupation, gender, and age from 1996 to 1998. These data were compared with those on sand flies obtained by other authors during the same period. The disease affected all age groups, in the following order: 0-5 years (4.1%), 6-10 (7.1%), 11-15 (13.6%), 16-21 (20.8%), 22-30 (21.1%), and > 30 (33.3%). The disease predominantly affected males (70.1%) and agricultural workers (52.5%), followed by students (17.7%), and domestic workers (16.0%). Like the sand fly vector, the disease was distributed throughout the year, but the greatest concentration of cases was recorded in the dry season (58.5%), while sand flies presented bimodal peaks in the first two years and occurred more frequently in the rainy season in 1998. The disease continues to present the same characteristics as in the past, but there was a proportional increase in cases among children and females, suggesting transmission in the anthropic environment.

A fim de entender sobre a publicação dos artigos sobre set size information na área de Administração, realizamos uma análise bibliométrica descritiva relacionada à evolução da produção científica sobre tema, do período de 1945 até junho de 2014. Como resultados, notamos que o tema é ainda recente e que tem adquirido relevância nos últimos anos. Notamos que, em Administração, poucos são os autores prolíferos sobre o tema e que os artigos falaram sobre decisões relacionadas à compra e ao consumo. Como limitações da pesquisa, não aprofundamos os métodos usados nas pesquisas sobre set size information, apesar de percebermos o uso de experimentos em muitos casos. Mesmo assim, esse trabalho contribui por oferecer informações sobre a produção científica em set size information, em Administração, proporcionando subsídios para direcionar os trabalhos de revisão bibliográfica.

Resumo Análise da forma como os povos indígenas relacionam-se com os bens externos, tomando a escola como objeto de reflexão. A discussão fundamenta-se na experiência escolar do povo Canela (Maranhão-Brasil) e focaliza o significado que a escola assume a partir da narrativa mitológica do "herói fundador" Awkhê. O mito de Awkhê é acionado como instrumento explicativo da relação dos Canelas com a alteridade e a escola é analisada, nesse contexto, como um dos veículos de reatualização da relação com os Kupen ("civilizados"). PalavRas-chave Escolarização. Representações. Canelas abstRact An analysis of the way in which the indigenous people relate to external objects, using schooling as the object of reflection. The discussion is based on the schooling experience of the Canela people (Maranhão-Brazil) and focuses on the meaning that the school assumes in the context of the mythological narrative of the "founding hero" Awkhê. The myth of Awkhê is used as an instrument for explaining the relationship of the Canela with otherness and the school is analyzed, in this context, as a vehicle for refreshing relations with the Kupen ("civilized").

O artigo apresenta e discute percepções de moradores da cidade de Canela, localizada no sul do Brasil, sobre o evento Sonho de Natal e sobre turismo, ambos na localidade. Foram entrevistadas 96 pessoas [turistas e comunidade] em 2014 e 2015-2016, através de um questionário com perguntas abertas e fechadas. O presente estudo selecionou respostas para perguntas abertas sobre apreensão de cidade e evento. As respostas permitem utilizar como indicadores analíticos as palavras 'Cidade Cotidiano', 'Cidade Turística' e 'Cidade Evento'. O método para analisar as respostas é o Discurso do Sujeito Coletivo, resumindo as percepções locais sobre cada uma das cidades, presentes em Canela. O resultado indica a presença em Canela da Cidade Turística e Cidade [de] Evento, sobrepostas sobre o que poderia ser considerado como a cidade "real".

Este texto trata-se de uma descrição da cultura juvenil futebolizada na Região das Hortênsias, especialmente, do município de Canela/RS, que apresenta traços muito próximos do que Giulianotti (2012) caracteriza como o torcedor pós-moderno ou flâneur. O estudo utiliza metodologias pós-estruturalistas; porém, neste recorte são usados apenas métodos quanti-qualitativos. O objetivo desta investigação é compreender o processo contemporâneo da Futebolização e como este se relaciona com a construção das identidades juvenis na Região das Hortênsias. A futebolização dos jovens produz um sujeito com poucos vínculos com os clubes locais e, muito mais interessado no sucesso de agremiações e celebridades estrangeiras da modalidade.

The present work has for objective the study of company RT Ltda Transports for accomplishment of the strategical planning. The methodology used for the development was the bibliographical, qualitative, descriptive research, research action and collects of data through research and documents yielded for the proper company. The study of the specific objectives it was the characterization of the object of the study, internal and external analysis of the environment, definition of the critical factors of success and elaboration of the strategies. The chances of the allied market to the strong points of the company, so soon had been analyzed, so that the transporter can use to advantage these chances to develop its invoicing. It was looked to know the development of the northeast region of the country and to create strategies to make possible the rendering of services in this region. An interesting chance is the fact of that some customers of the company are investing in the opening of plants in the region, and has a frank economic development since the decade of 2000, where it is the third bigger economy of Brazil between the great regions. Organizacionais tools of analysis of the internal and external environment, aspects and financial plan had been used, and analysis of the considered investment. Taking in consideration the studied aspects, we consider that the company extends the transport for the northeast region of the country, ally to the economic development of the region to expand its businesses, therefore, beyond possessing experience of fifteen years and credibility in the market, is specialized in this type of transport, and by means of action of low cost it can be inserted in this new operation, then with positive perspective of financial yield, and low index of risk.
