Human existence is reflected in language, which also helps to define it. Language is an individual’s voice. In contemporary society, it acts as a cosmic channel for information transfer. English and ICT have evolved into vital tools for a range of non-datum and emotions in daily life. English has developed into a global language as a result of its many applications and popularity relative to many other languages worldwide. English is presently the world’s primary language. The present study focuses on the use of ICT in different areas like e-learning, flipped classroom, internet dependency, internet addiction, artificial intelligence, technology integration etc. for language learning. Globalization as a 20th century phenomenon continued intensively in the 21st century and-coupled with a substantial economic crisis-has led to a massive migration of experts from all fields across the countries and continents. Together, these phenomena have forced people to seek employment not only in different cities but also in different countries and continents. Furthermore, scientists and researchers are changing their places of residence to do joint researches, which are intensifying in the XXI century. These migrations have led to a growing need for learning foreign languages, and not only the spoken language: oftentimes, people have to learn language for specific purposes to be able to have successful communication with their colleagues from other countries. Development of modern technologies has changed the way we learn language. Learning is no longer static, classroom-bound, relying on textbooks and teachers. It uses multimedia while applying ICT and is quite often done online, with a teacher who is, of course, still present, but whose role has undergone a complete change, and a new one is also being adapted to alterations, embracing the advantages of the new technologies utilization in the language learning processes, especially in learning language for specific purposes. The aim of the paper is to show the lecturers' role in foreign languages teaching , the use of ICT in foreign languages instruction, and the teacher-student relationship. The results of the survey and statistical data show that students have a great interest in learning LSP online, which is particularly popular among the employed. Hence we may conclude that IT and ICT greatly facilitate and improve LSP learning, since materials and courses are available at all times, and their number is constantly rising.

Nowadays we face a totally globalized world, the system of teaching and learning of the English language still important faces challenges that require be attendant for the actors involved in this educational process; to strengthen this activity, the Technologies of the Information and Communication and the social networks have had a significate influence to motive the learning of a second language, because allow a better critical handling of the information that has available. In such a way that from the previous thing it was proposed to realize a study to know the problematic that the students of the race of International Business have when learning and to use technological tools adapted for the learning of the English language. This research was carried out under a quantitative methodology, descriptive, not experimental and transversal character; it designs an instrument ad hoc that was applied to the 74% of the students of the career of International Business of a Mexican university, who were studying third, fourth, fifth, sixth, seventh and eighth semester. For the interpretation of the results were realized correlations of data and was utilized the T of Student with the crossed boards to find differences between the opinion of the respondents. The results show that, the students with higher age consider that use the ICT and study out of the classroom help and motive the learning of the English language; for its part the 53% opine the they would like to practice the learned in class through electronic games; the 96% prefer watch movies, to the 87% like utilize audios and the 69% prefer utilize social networks and platforms. The above shows a tendency on the part of the students in the use of the technologies, it points out that receive classes in a physical classroom it doesn't always motivate them to learn English, nevertheless, they insure.

The rapid growth and improvement in Information Communication Technology (ICT) has lead to the diffusion of technology in education. It is believed that ICT would bring many advantages to the students if it is use under the right circumstances. Although ICT offer more advantages and flexibility, this type of learning environment may not be conducive for all learners. This paper describes the use of ICT for learning English, the challenges faced by the students in using ICT for learning English and their attitude towards the use of ICT in learning English among the urban school students in Kuala Terengganu, Malaysia. Data was collected via questionnaire survey of second language students. The results show that students are aware of the benefits of using ICT in learning language. There has been much debate over the use of computers and the internet in foreign language teaching for more than two decades. Thus, the Information Communications Technology (ICT) in foreign language teaching has been the researchers' focus of attention. Education, especially foreign language teaching, has to adapt and renew itself to be compatible with the globalized world. The purpose of this study is to examine the necessity of ICT and highlight the positive effects of it in order to keep up with the modernized communities in the current digital world. To meet this end, the enormous advantages of integrating ICT in foreign language teaching will be presented. With the enhancement of ICT, teachers and students will be able to communicate and collaborate with native and non-native speakers around the globe. The application of ICT is also beneficial in that they provide a wealth of resources for the students to become active learners by creating content for a worldwide audience. When students write or speak for a broader and more international audience, they become more enthusiastic about learning and be active participants in the information age. Furthermore, by using the authentic material provided by the internet, the students will have a better insight into the culture of the country and people whose language they study. In the later parts of the study, reasons for using technology in foreign language teaching and some strategies and techniques for integrating ICT in foreign language teaching will be presented. Therefore, it is stated that integrating ICT in foreign language teaching will have positive effects on both the teachers and students to help them be aware of the modernized world and meet the current demands of the new era.
