The OpenLDAP Foundation Overview

The OpenLDAP Foundation is a not-for-profit corporation with a charter to promote Open Source LDAP development. The foundation coordinates the activities of the OpenLDAP Project that it established in August 1998. The foundation is funded by generous contributions from sponsors and contributors.

Sponsoring and Contributing

The OpenLDAP Foundation is currently seeking corporate sponsorship and/or contributions to fund it efforts to operationally support the OpenLDAP Project. Interested parties are encouraged to contact the foundation. The OpenLDAP Foundation also accepts individual donations.

Contributions can be made through the Internet Software Consortium General Fund. Enter "For the benefit of the OpenLDAP Project" in the order comments. 100% of the funds donated through the ISC are spent directly for the benefit of the OpenLDAP Project. Your donation may be tax deductable. The ISC is a 501(c)(3) benefit corporation.
