Website Design & Development

A clear outline of how I work, what’s included, and what to expect.

Introduction

Hi, I’m Wolf. I take on a small number of web design projects under Wstudio, part of Art and Minds Ltd. If you’re looking for a direct, considered approach rather than a full agency setup, this may suit you.

This page outlines how I work, what’s included, and what’s expected. It sits alongside the Terms of Service.

Process

1. We start with a conversation. You tell me what you need, what you like, and what matters for your project.

2. I prepare three directions. You’ll see three working versions, each exploring a different approach.

3. We choose one. We focus on the strongest option and refine it using real content.

4. I complete the site. You’ll receive a fully working version, ready to review.

5. We refine if needed. We adjust until it feels right.

6. The site goes live. Once approved, the website is published on a fast and reliable hosting setup.

What You Get

  • A custom WordPress website
  • Responsive design across devices
  • Clear structure and fast performance
  • Hosting (usually included for the first year)
  • Access to manage your own content

Design and Ownership

Once the project is paid in full, you are free to use the website on the agreed domain. The underlying design, structure, and code remain the intellectual property of Wstudio.

If the site is moved away from Wstudio hosting, some elements (such as licences or integrations) may require replacement or separate subscriptions.

Attribution

A small credit is included in the footer:

Website by Wstudio

This remains in place unless agreed otherwise.

Licences and Tools

Some sites include premium plugins or themes under Wstudio licences. If the site is moved, you may need your own licences to continue updates and support.

Client Responsibilities

You provide content (text, images, logos). Delays in content will delay the project.

Not Included

  • Ongoing updates after launch
  • SEO or marketing
  • Branding or logo design
  • Copywriting

These can be added separately if needed.

Final Note

I aim to keep things simple, clear, and well-made. No unnecessary layers, no jargon. If you’d like to talk through a project, just get in touch.
