Below are the terms and conditions under which refunds may be provided for your purchase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligible Refund Conditions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We offer refunds under the following circumstances:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1. Items That Have Not Been Downloaded<\/strong><br>If you have not downloaded the purchased item within 1 month of the purchase date, you may request a refund. To verify your claim, please provide your purchase code.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. Item is \u201cNot as Described\u201d or Doesn\u2019t Function Correctly<\/strong><br>If the item does not perform as described or is materially different from its product description or preview, we will work to resolve the issue by updating the item. If the issue cannot be resolved, you will be entitled to a refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. Item Contains a Security Vulnerability<\/strong><br>If the item contains a security vulnerability that cannot be promptly fixed, you will be entitled to a refund. In cases where the issue can be resolved, we will release an update. If the vulnerability is not addressed in a timely manner, a refund will be provided.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity is-style-dots\" style=\"margin-top:30px;margin-bottom:30px\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Refund Exclusions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Subscription Renewals:<\/strong> Renewal charges are non-refundable. We will send a reminder prior to your renewal date, but it&#8217;s important to manage your subscription. If you decide not to continue, please ensure you cancel before the renewal date to avoid any charges.
