What Does Support Include

The authors and their team are available to address your general questions about how to use the item. For instance, if you’re wondering, How can I make the globe look like it does in your demo? We will provide guidance. Responses might direct you to existing resources like a FAQ or documentation page.

Technical Questions

The authors and their team can assist with:

  • Specific questions about the item’s features and functionality.
  • Guidance on the design and use of the item.
  • Support for issues related to the item, helping you maximize its functionality.
  • Addressing defects in the item in a reasonable timeframe.

Item Updates

Pro license subscribers will have access to all updates, ensuring ongoing compatibility with WordPress and addressing any security vulnerabilities.

Fair Use

We prioritize improving and updating the plugin, but we are here to provide support as well. Before reaching out, please review the documentation. Keep in mind that we’re a small, dedicated team, and while we strive to respond promptly, especially on weekends and holidays, some delays may occur.

Lifetime License Fair Use

Lifetime licenses come with lifetime support, but this operates under fair use principles. Although there’s no strict limit on support requests, please consider that unlimited requests could make current pricing unsustainable. We’ll assist with general plugin questions as long as the license is active, but if you require ongoing support, consider renewing your license to continue benefiting from our help.

Multi-Site Licenses

For multi-site licenses, the original license owner should be the main point of contact for support. If the license is used across multiple sites or clients, all support requests should be routed through the original owner.

What Support Does Not Include

Support does not cover modifications or extensions beyond the item’s original features, style, or functionality as described on the item page.

Installation

Hosting and Server Issues

Support does not extend to web hosting or server environment issues. For these, please consult your ISP or web hosting provider.

Compatibility with Other Plugins or Themes

While we strive to resolve conflicts with other plugins or themes, compatibility isn’t guaranteed. With thousands of WordPress themes and plugins available, it’s impossible to ensure compatibility with all of them.
