Trigger Woocommerce Webhooks Even if Users are Not Logged In
Currently, Woocommerce webhooks are only triggered for logged in users. The majority of users checkout using a guest account, and when this happens, the webhook is not triggered. This is very problematic in that only about 10% of our webhooks are being triggered.

We’ve mostly stopped development on that addon. It’s very basic…. and we found that most people ended up connecting Zapier (etc) to their CRM or email marketing platform directly, since the webhooks could then be visualized within automations.
Which CRM are you using? I can some send some suggestions.
If that won’t work then yes we can look into adding this.
