How to Connect Customerly to WordPress

#Overview

In this guide, you will learn how to install WP Fusion and set up a direct connection to integrate your WordPress website with your Customerly account.

To get started install and activate the WP Fusion plugin, then navigate to Settings » WP Fusion.

From the ‘Select Your CRM’ list choose ‘Customerly’.

Enter your Access Token key.

To find your access token in Customerly, navigate to Project Settings, then go to Installation, and within the “Public API” section, you will find your “Access Token for Customerly” field which displays your unique API token.

Then click ‘Connect’ to initialize the connection.

Once the connection is completed, click Save Changes below to save the changes.

That’s it! Your site is connected, and new WordPress users and customers will automatically be synced with Customerly in real time.

#Webhooks

Using webhooks in Customerly, you can automatically sync tag changes and contact updates from Customerly back to WordPress. You can even import new users based on Customerly contacts.

Webhooks are managed in Customerly by going to Settings » Webhooks. You can create a new webhook and then specify which events should trigger it.
