Setup is easy, just map the Cancellation Survey Reason and Cancellation Survey Comments fields with custom fields in ConvesioConvert via WP Fusion’s intuitive field mapping interface.
When the form is submitted, the custom fields will automatically be updated in ConvesioConvert.
You can also optionally apply tags in ConvesioConvert when cancellation forms are submitted.
You can then use these tags to trigger automations with additional offers via email, or to create an internal task for a team member to review the cancellation reason.
