And also, you&#8217;ll learn how the admin can see the requests and approve them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Enabling Remote Work Requests<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Before your employee can use the Remote Work feature, you, as an admin, need to activate the option right from your admin backend.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>To do so, navigate through <strong>WP ERP<\/strong>><strong>Settings<\/strong>><strong>HR<\/strong>><strong>Remote Work<\/strong> and tick the box to enable the <strong>Remote Work<\/strong> option.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"425\" src=\"https:\/\/wperp-com.s3.amazonaws.com\/uploads\/2023\/08\/image-84-1024x425.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-134187\" srcset=\"https:\/\/wperp-com.s3.amazonaws.com\/uploads\/2023\/08\/image-84-1024x425.png 1024w, https:\/\/wperp-com.s3.amazonaws.com\/uploads\/2023\/08\/image-84-470x195.png 470w, https:\/\/wperp-com.s3.amazonaws.com\/uploads\/2023\/08\/image-84-1536x638.png 1536w, https:\/\/wperp-com.s3.amazonaws.com\/uploads\/2023\/08\/image-84-2048x850.png 2048w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How To Send Remote Work Requests (Employee End View)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>First of all, make sure that you&#8217;ve (admin) your WP ERP Pro version activated on your WordPress site.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once you have the WP ERP Pro activated, the employee can use that feature.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>To do so, navigate to <strong>WP ERP > HR<\/strong> > <strong>Overview<\/strong>. And you just need to input your desired request, like the start &amp; end dates of your remote work and the reason for your request.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-medium\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"470\" height=\"365\" src=\"https:\/\/wperp-com.s3.amazonaws.com\/uploads\/2023\/08\/image-86-470x365.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-134190\" srcset=\"https:\/\/wperp-com.s3.amazonaws.com\/uploads\/2023\/08\/image-86-470x365.png 470w, https:\/\/wperp-com.s3.amazonaws.com\/uploads\/2023\/08\/image-86-1024x795.png 1024w, https:\/\/wperp-com.s3.amazonaws.com\/uploads\/2023\/08\/image-86.png 1138w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 470px) 100vw, 470px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Once you are done, click on the <strong>Submit<\/strong> button.<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How Admin will Find The Requests and Approve (Admin End View)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>After a request is sent by the employees, the admin will find it on his\/her dashboard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>To get the requests, an admin needs to navigate through <strong>WP ERP > HR > People > Requests<\/strong>. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>As more requests come in, the number of pending requests will show up beside the <strong>Requests<\/strong> button as a red-colored bubble. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Now click on the <strong>Requests<\/strong> tab.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"263\" src=\"https:\/\/wperp-com.s3.amazonaws.com\/uploads\/2023\/08\/image-88-1024x263.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-134192\" srcset=\"https:\/\/wperp-com.s3.amazonaws.com\/uploads\/2023\/08\/image-88-1024x263.png 1024w, https:\/\/wperp-com.s3.amazonaws.com\/uploads\/2023\/08\/image-88-470x121.png 470w, https:\/\/wperp-com.s3.amazonaws.com\/uploads\/2023\/08\/image-88-1536x394.png 1536w, https:\/\/wperp-com.s3.amazonaws.com\/uploads\/2023\/08\/image-88-2048x525.png 2048w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You will get to view all the requests here. As you can see, all of them are in a pending state.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You can find a triple-dot just beside the pending status, just under Actions.
