How do I obtain an invoice of my order?
1. Navigate to My Account on our website.
2. Click on the Purchase History link
3. Select the relevant order
Find the order for which you need an invoice and click on it to view the details.
4. Download your invoice
If an invoice is available, a download link will be displayed. Click on it to download the invoice as a PDF.
If you don’t see an option to download your invoice, please contact our customer support team.

How refunds work?
Our refund policy lasts 14 days (21 days for Air WP Sync for WooCommerce). If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund.
Every single solution we put forward is designed with great attention to detail. But we understand that it cannot work perfectly for everyone all of the time. Not 100% satisfied? It’s hard to imagine but never impossible. If the unthinkable happens, we’ll be more than happy to provide a complete refund within 14 days of your original purchase.
Before asking for a refund, we ask that you allow us to try and resolve any difficulties you are experiencing by opening a support ticket.
All customers are informed that the license is an annual renewal on both the product and checkout pages. The renewal refund policy is also clearly outlined in our terms and conditions page, which is agreed to at the moment of purchase. You had a full 12 months in which to cancel.
What happens if a license is not renewed?
- Automatic security and feature updates will be discontinued.
- The download link in your account profile will disappear.
- You will no longer have access to technical support for the item. Your product will continue to function even if your license key expires. However, due to the nature of software updates (such as WordPress and other plugins), there is the possibility that the product will eventually stop working due to other updates within WordPress or related plugins. For this reason, it is highly recommended that you renew your license.
- You will no longer be able to activate the product(s) on additional sites.
What is a renewal?
All license keys (with the exception of lifetime licenses) automatically renew, and bill the account that you initially paid with when purchasing the product. You can choose to turn off automatic renewals by cancelling the subscription from within your account dashboard. The Lifetime licenses will not be billed any additional times, and is a one time fee.

Renewal cancellation If you would like to cancel your subscription at this time you can do so by visiting My Account > Subscriptions and then clicking the “Cancel” link.
