How does the mentoring process work?
We’ll start by understanding your challenges and goals. Together, we'll complete the Vision organizer and create your actionable plan.
From there, I’ll provide personalized guidance, actionable strategies, and ongoing direction and support to help you achieve them.
How is this different from other coaching programs?
Unlike cookie-cutter programs, my approach is tailored to your specific needs.

Absolutely. We’ll break things down into manageable steps and create a clear roadmap to help you move forward with confidence.
How much time will I need to dedicate to this?
That depends on your goals and pace. I’ll work with you to create a plan that fits your schedule while ensuring steady progress. To make this work, I suggest, at minimum, 2 hours per month.
What’s the cost of these services?
The program is USD $447/month. Additional mentoring time is available for an extra fee.
Do you offer refunds or partial refunds?
No. Because mentoring is delivered live and space is limited, all payments are non-refundable.
We don’t prorate or offer partial refunds for mid-month cancellations or unused sessions.
How long do I need to commit to this program? Is there a long-term contract?
This program is completely flexible and operates on a month-to-month basis—no contracts or long-term commitments required.
Here’s how it works:
- We’ll have either a 30-minute call every week or a 1-hour call every other week.
- Once a quarter, we’ll have a strategic planning session, which typically lasts around 90 minutes.
If you join for just one month, you won’t have the opportunity to experience the quarterly strategic planning session. To truly benefit from the program, I recommend committing to at least three months.
That said, most of my clients quickly see the value in our conversations and the tangible results they achieve. On average, my mentoring engagements tend to last about three years.
What if I miss or skip a session?
Missed sessions aren’t refundable. If you give at least 24 hours' notice, we’ll reschedule within the same billing month, subject to availability.
How do I pause or cancel?
It’s month-to-month. If you want to pause or cancel, just let me know before your next billing date, and we’ll stop going forward. Your current month continues to the end of the period.
How is payment handled?
Payments are made through our website and processed through Stripe each month on your billing date. If you plan to pause or cancel, let me know and we'll ensure your account is updated accordingly by the end of your current billing cycle.
What happens to my recurring time slot if I pause or cancel?
I’ll release your weekly/biweekly slot. When you’re ready to resume, we’ll find the next available time.
How do I know if I’m ready for this?
