Hi,

I did what you said about deleting the plugin and uploaded directly from FTP and it works just fine!

Hi,

I’m having the exact same problem since yesterday. Everytime I restore the website and try to activate the metaslider plugin again it crashes again.

Here’s some infos that might help:

URL: zambrano.pro.br

WordPress versão 5.5.1
Tema atual: Salient (versão 12.0)
Plugin atual: MetaSlider (versão 3.18.2)
PHP versão 7.2.32

Um erro do tipo E_COMPILE_ERROR foi causado na linha 89 do arquivo /home/u427635862/domains/zambrano.pro.br/public_html/wp-content/plugins/ml-slider/ml-slider.php. Mensagem de erro: require_once(): Failed opening required ‘/home/u427635862/domains/zambrano.pro.br/public_html/wp-content/plugins/ml-slider/admin/lib/helpers.php’ (include_path=’.:/opt/alt/php72/usr/share/pear’)

Hi,

I hid with css directly, because I couldn’t do it with the plugin. But other than that, your mobile plugin works just fine for me.
