Hi, I won’t be sharing live link here as it’s for a client site – and we already fixed it. But this happened on both sites we used this plugin for. The issue is that your system is appending 2 things together in utilization of the custom / modify output schema. In the URL field.

In spending hours looking into this it’s the default URL being pushed out by your data when modifying schema. Not good.
The “domainname.com” used above was a placeholder for the url of the website this plugin was used on. So “LocalBusiness” is being tacked on to the end of the URL so it ends up like this: domainofthewebsite.com/saswp/local-business/
Why is it doing that?
The steps taken are creating the LocalBusiness schema and then modifying output so the info can be tweaked.
Please advise.

On this note (a bit) is there a shortcode to work to specify alignment of the last row per gallery? Right now the default is align left. Can you add a “justify” or “align center” per gallery via shortcode?

You must have meant that for @thompol because the sites I have had issues with are both custom sites, neither are related to pro features and while I do have a pro plugin account for some sites, it’s not expired and it’s not being used on either of the sites I have had issues with – so this doesn’t relate to the pro version at all. These are both lite version plugin issues – both in the tix I submitted.
The tix I have in has been addressed. One was related to this issue (recommended to add the hardwired code into functions.php as per OP) and one was an unrelated issue and info was provided (thanks). But again, neither a pro related issue.
I didn’t mean to infer things were hidden, of course you need a private tix system. My point was solutions should be mentioned here as well so when we all search the forum we can see the resolution. What I meant is, having open dialogue to what users are struggling with helps all your users. Of course Private Tix are necessary but discussing the problems that may be affecting everything so it can be referenced is also good.

@njones35 I have a tix in. However, it much better for your customers to be able to see what’s going on in stead of keeping every message wrapped up in a private tix, so they can confirm there IS an issue. I had NO idea what was going on and then saw these posts and your plugin changelog which confirmed there was an issue. That was helpful and saved troubleshooting time knowing we could pinpoint at least part of the issue. Thanks.
Custom theme. I saw this on 2 sites – a ton of various plugins… reading through the other posts on here it’s clearly an issue. Their latest release states they fixed the issue. I know for a fact the one just recently on my end was not updated to 6.2.2 but I’m almost POSITIVE the other one was.
My initial thought is that it may have been related to recaptcha (invisible) added to the form. Can you confirm if you had that on the one you had issues with?
I’m seeing this as well. It’s been a real problem. Can an answer/issue please be posted here so we all don’t have to open new tix separately? I just came here to notate the same issue and see MULTIPLE posts about it. It’s an intermittent issue. Has Formdiable fixed this officially? Thanks.

Can you bulk edit change the group of multiple existing redirects at a time? For organizational purposes? Meaning select say five redirects and change the group they are associated with? Thank you so much for your help, awesome plugin that I have used for years!
Moving to footer worked for me. Why hasn’t this been addressed by the author?? There are probably a ton of people who don’t even realize their entire menu is non-existent – which can destroy engagement… this post is almost FOUR months old!

I appreciate this info greatly. Yes, something is quite odd because:
a. I have recaptcha on the sign in page (and failed login attempts continue)
and
b. I changed the login link via a plugin (so it’s different from /wp-admin/) and THAT didn’t help.BOTH of those together didn’t help.
AND even putting a directory password on the /wp-admin/ doesn’t work!
So I’m losing my mind.
I have considered disabling XML-RPC but concerned it could remove functionality / affecting the site. Is there a way to run something to determine IF in fact there’s an integral piece of the site that would be affected if we turn that off?
I appreciate your help – this site is getting hammered and I’m not sure what else to do.

Will review more (I have already read that blog – thanks) – I have changed to some of your recos already, but I will add this:
1. The usernames are OLD usernames that were on the site but haven’t been for a long time, why is that? How are these usernames found?
2. Recaptcha is enabled and doing absolutely nothing to help.
3. If we wanted to block all attempts outside of the company (since they are all coming from outside the US) would the premium version be needed for that?
