Thank you for letting us know about the issue. By any chance, are you using the oxygen builder? If not could you share which page builder you are using? We will update you here, once a fix is available.

Where exactly are you facing this issue? Is it in the backend from the members table – as an admin or as a user on the front end? Please let us know and we will look into resolving this.

What settings you might be using with the plugin Freesoul? or the error message that the plugin gave as to why it deactivated the other plugins? This will help us narrow down the issue more.
