This is not working for me. I’ve added the code to both the functions.php of the main theme and the child them and either way did not remove the category from my blog. Please help!
I am also having this same issue. When is disable the password protection this problem goes away. Does the plugin need to be updated or am I maybe having compatibility issues with another plugin that I have installed, possibly a security plugin?
