To be clear I am no longer using the plugin as the site is mission critical. However, for your future debugging:
- Any plugin activating or deactivating would cause others to randomly activate or deactivate
- There are no error logs at all – no trace of plugins deactivating
- As soon as your plugin was deactivated, the issue disappeared.
