yes, I get the message saying that the form was successfully submitted, I can see it in Flamingo, but not in the receiver’s email. It was working beautifully until recently. It stopped working.
I have the same issue and would be very interested in a solution.

sorry guys I am jumping into this discussion. I just want to get rid of the “comment about using the html tags” in the comments. I figured I try Tara’s suggestion but don’t seem to be able to make it work. I added the suggested snippet in the function.php file. then what? I would appreciate any help. thx.
