Hello @wfpeter we are having the same issue. It was working just fine for a while, but not it stopped sending. I turned off WordFence and it works properly, once I reactivate WordFence it stops working again.
I checked the Live Traffic page and there were no listings of it being blocked. Any help is greatly appreciated.
