Hi @comunicacionabierta,
Thanks for confirming. You could try the function from this page, in case it helps? https://betternotificationsforwp.com/documentation/compatibility/support-plugins-front-end-forms/
Hi @comunicacionabierta,
Thanks for testing. It sounds like an issue with the way the Frontend Admin plugin is saving the post. It could be inserting it directly into the database, as opposed to using the various post transition hooks required for BNFW to detect changes to posts (such as draft to publish), which will trigger the correct notification.
The best way to test this would be to test with another CPT, created using a plugin such as CPT-UI, and see if that works as expected.Hi @comunicacionabierta,
Thanks for your message. How is the Member custom post type created? Is it through code, through a CPT plugin, or through a third party plugin?
Thanks @ll09 for testing.
The only way to work out what the issue is is to switch to another theme and deactivate the other plugins.
It sounds as though the theme or one of the plugins that the theme requires is the culprit though.
Unfortuantely, it would be difficult to provide support for a particular theme/plugin until we know more.Hi @ll09,
Thanks for your message. This usually happens when a plugin or theme is doing multiple publish actions and so BNFW is sending out notifications for each. To narrow down the cause, please can you make your way through this document and let me know how you get on?
Hi @goldstartulsa,
Thanks for your message. The test email works almost every time but delivering real mail from your site is a different scenario. You may find that other emails on your site aren’t working, not just the ones from BNFW, but this depends on how you’ve set BNFW up.
Please can you make your way through this document, taking action where required to see if it helps? https://betternotificationsforwp.com/guides/how-to-improve-email-delivery-wordpress/
You may find that installing just the Post SMTP plugin resolves your issue though, if you need a quick solution.Let me know how you get on.
Hi @russidi,
Thanks for confirming. Please can you update to 1.9.9.1 and see if this fixes the issue you’re seeing?
Hi @russidi,
Thanks for your message. Can you tell me what notification you’re using and how many users you’re attempting to send to?
Hi @kenmac54,
Thanks for your message.I’m fairly sure the date is pulled from what you have set in WP Admin > Settings > General > Date Format so you may need to tweak this for the desired output in your notifications.
Let me know if this helps.

Hi @icecreamjelly,
Thanks for your message.I’ve just taken a look but can’t replicate the issue with the website myself. Regardless, I’ve cleared the cache on the site which should resolve things. If you still can’t see it, please try again using incognito/private browser tab and see if that helps.
Let me know how you get on.
