The code didn’t work. I am not a code expert, but shouldn’t there be some function code included along to use with this filter?
Just to note that I am using code snippets to activate this code, but not sure what step to take next.

Just a quick update – it appears I’m also unable to edit existing funnels.
When trying to click into an existing page (checkout or landing page), the screen is empty and I cannot edit anything.
Not sure if other users have the same issue.

As of now I cannot send any screenshots becasue I rolled back to the previous version 3.7.2 so my clients can access the content without any issues. All of the pages I mentioend above looked compacted to one side of the screen, on both desktop and mobile. Once I reverted to the older version it fixed the issue for me. I am not sure if your team has been getting more reports on this.

Can anyone please confirm whether you or your team have done all possible testing on this issue, and conclude that this scenario of students accessing course content without payment, is not possible (despite the participant counter has shown to be increased in size)?

Please see screenshot below – all my products are set the same way, and as explained above, I did see full and correct purchases from my website, it’s just that the parcipants counter suggests that there might have been some breach which could allow users to enroll into the course without paying for it, although I truly can’t understand how it is possible. Please let me know if there’s any additional information you need.

Thank you for your response.
Just to clarify, I am using the free version of Tutor LMS, and this issue appears to be due to malfunction of Tutor LMS with woocommerce, where courses are sold as products.
Can you please advise whether your team are aware that this issue exist, and whether I can get support for it by submitting a ticket as suggested by you above, even if I do not have Tutor LMS Pro version?

Thank you for your prompt response – I am checking the available options in the free version, but there’s no add-on available in the free version which allows me to run a report or check the analytics.
I will highly appreciate if you can direct me to the right setting to monitor the student progress in the free version, if this is indeed available.

Thank you for your response, just to double check my understanding – I’ve watched many tutorials which show that when an admin visits a student profile page, they are able to see which courses they have enrolled to, and their progress.
So this feature is not available to both free and pro versions?
Was it available in the past and then taken off? I’d like to check on students’ progress in some way, but at this stage I cannot update to the pro version, but certainly considering it in the not too distant future.Thank you and kind regards,

Seeing as the issue could not be resolved and due to timelines constraints I have on my end, I had to look for alternative solutions. I will be looking into the plugin again for more updates in the future as I find it very simple and convenient to use.
