In reply to: [Unbounce Landing Pages] Unbounce Pop-Up: How to RemoveHey @jlhoffman77,
It might be in the HTML source code of the page itself.

In reply to: [Unbounce Landing Pages] Unbounce Pop-Up: How to RemoveHi @jlhoffman77!
Kenneth here from Unbounce Support. You’re right that the popup does come from Unbounce. It was published to the http://www.fairview-na.com domain and set to show on every visit whenever a visitor lands on the page.
We’ve traced the popup and saw that it was added by a marketing agency. If you’ve had to contact a marketing agency for http://www.fairview-na.com, you could reach out to them to remove the popup. Alternatively, if you’ve got the access to the source code of the page, you can remove the line in the head that says
<script src="https://6030d508f6f348bd8de89dfd8589e5aa.js.ubembed.com" async></script>which will remove the trigger for the popup on the page altogether.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Unbounce Landing Pages] Fatal Error: Parse ErrorHello!
My name is Vitor, representing the Unbounce team here.
Unfortunately our plugin requires the PHP version to be 5.3 or higher.
We advise our users to follow WordPress recommendations and aim for PHP 7.3, but any version above 5.3 would work.
A PHP upgrade should solve the issue.Apologies for the inconvenience!
Your support inquiry has also brought to light the fact that we aren’t documenting this minimum requirement in the proper, easily discoverable way that WordPress itself supplies.
As a result, we’ll soon be releasing an update to the plugin which will feature these documentation changes.Thank you for reaching out to us and making our plugin better!
Best regards,
VitorForum: Plugins
In reply to: [Unbounce Landing Pages] Mobile version og unbounce page is not workingHi @johnregalado007!
Rob here from Unbounce Support. I had a look at your page within Unbounce (thanks for sharing the link!) and it looks like you’ll just need to enable the mobile version of the page within your Unbounce account. Here’s a link to some documentation on how to do that https://documentation.unbounce.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000501226-Working-with-Mobile-Responsive-Content#content2
Once the page is republished the mobile version will be served to visitors on mobile devices. Hope this helps you out!
p.s. We don’t monitor this forum all that frequently I’m afraid. If you need any help in the future with our plugin or with anything Unbounce related our support team will be happy to lend a hand however we can. You can reach us using [email protected] (https://unbounce.com/contact-us/).
All the best

In reply to: [Unbounce Landing Pages] Cannot Activate PluginThe plugin requires PHP 5.3 or higher. This is because we use anonymous functions in the code: http://php.net/manual/en/functions.anonymous.php. Upgrading your PHP version should fix this.

In reply to: [Unbounce Landing Pages] View Specific VariantsHello and thank you for reaching out.
Being able to preview a live variant by adding “a.html” at then end for example, is not currently supported for Unbounce WordPress domains, however, it is something that will be available soon.
We will reach out and update this post once it is available.
