We have own database of tyres, but it’s different product, in any case you should get all warehouse tyre info from your supplier or warehouse. I mean, product basic info like tyre spec, price etc…
You can download sample with images and other for import into woo, working with this plugin and also can check documentation about tyre custom fields here

We don’t know about jeverly market specific, as a first step, you can try Metabox plugin or Advanced Custom Fields, maybe it’s cover your needs

We will check it, but it seems this bug was fixed, but for paid version only now.
As far as I understand, you can disable php warnings as fast solution, before release version without problem (we move features and bugfixes from paid version to free time to time, so free version will fixed too, of course)But it should not broke tyre search in general, it means that your products or filter is setup not right.

You write about two problems and one – is not about Tyre Filter: we make an option for separate wheels and tyres from other products and one from one, you can find this option in Custom Metadata options and when you create Filter widget. This is works by categories.
You can try to check our tutorial on our .b2b site. So:
– if you don’t see filter, check Filter working category in Widgets>Filter widget settings. You can setup it on tyres category and disable in other categories. You will NOT see Filter in other categories and it will not work. It made for correct work of product filter with other yours product filters
– If you see Tyre spec and Wheel spec for ONE product, you
a) not correctly setup Custom Metadata plugin by categories, check Metadata options
b) do not set right category for product, check it too.

Please, update plugin (we’ve released it yesterday with a lot of fixes from Pro version) first.
Try to check options for working categories for wheels and tyres meta. It shouldn’t be one-in-one.
