    Thanks for the temp fix, Adam – seems to be doing the trick.

    The site is hosted by hostgator – and we/they aren’t using IPv6 yet, only 4 (as I understand it).

    Regarding your iFrames suggestion:
    – I have “iFrames” checked (under the Media “Enable Fancybox for” header in the plugin)

    – For reference, the full iframes code (linking to the video) I’ve been given is:
    <iframe src="https://www.facebook.com/plugins/video.php?href=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.facebook.com%2Fliveinthemomentsofrocknroll%2Fvideos%2F512503635889084%2F&show_text=0&width=560" width="560" height="315" style="border:none;overflow:hidden" scrolling="no" frameborder="0" allowTransparency="true" allowFullScreen="true"></iframe>

    – I tried to follow your recommendations with the following, extracting the src url from the above iframe code:

    <div id="outer-box">
    	<a  class="fancybox-iframe" href="https://www.facebook.com/liveinthemomentsofrocknroll/videos/512503635889084/&width=560">
        <img src="{@production_video_1_image}">
        <div id="inner-box">
    		<p> <i class="fa fa-play-circle"></i></p>
        </div>
    	</a>
    </div>
    <div class="caption1">TEST FANCYBOX IFRAMES</div>

    (That markup places a placeholder image on the screen with a “play video” icon over that placeholder image. A caption appears below it. Clicking that image presumably would open the actual video in the lightbox.)

    I’ve placed that at the bottom of the other videos, same page — but it doesn’t want to work. All I get is a gray background, no video – and a sad-face icon.

    After sending that last note, I started looking for a replacement for the lazy loader. (I’d tried quite a few that didn’t seem to have an effect, so I was reticent to make a change, figuring the odds were against me.) I found another called “A performant lazy loader (defer.js)” and it is doing a great job (I haven’t had much time to test everything out, but so far so good). Like the other lazy loader I’d been using, the replacement helped my numbers with gtmetrix a great deal – but – without the conflict I’d described. So… the issue seems to be resolved.

    At about the same time (I’d guess) you tried to look at the site, my connection to the internet went out (while I was in the middle of making changes) — and I think that might have effected what you saw (maybe something cached?) because everything seems to be working fine on that page now (no errors, all images loading), tested in Chrome and IE.

    However, can you do me a favor and take a look to make sure that the issue you describe is no longer seen?

    Thanks much for the plugin – it’s the only I could find that allowed me to get all videos and audio (including facebook) and soundcloud audio loaded into a lightbox that didn’t cost a fortune. I use pods; everything has to be built within that context (so short codes are a no-go).

    I’ve got the exact same issue, same notice: “Could not find this template.” This is an excellent plugin otherwise (as others have stated, the grid works great) – but the carousel isn’t much good if the pics don’t show up. I really wanted to turn to this plugin for sliders and carousel work, allowing me to turn off another plugin or two – but if the carousel is out of commission, I’m back to square one.
