Thanks again for following up!
In my case, the solution was to completely uninstall and then reinstall the Germanized Pro plugin. After doing that, the shipping status updates started working normally again, without timeouts or delays.
I’ll still share the logs and issue description with the Germanized support team so they’re aware.
And yes — I’d be happy to leave a review. Thanks again for the great support!

Thank you very much for your detailed response and for taking the time to review the logs!
The information was really helpful — especially the reference to the “Maximum execution time of 900 seconds exceeded” errors and the possible connection to Germanized Pro.
In the meantime, I was able to resolve the issue on my own, but I will still forward the error logs and a description of the problem to the Germanized support team, so they’re aware and can take a closer look.

The issue also occurs when I try to set the shipping status for a single order. In this case, there is no immediate timeout, but the page takes a very long time to load and never actually finishes.
However, it seems that the email and order status are changed or sent in the background. - DHL Plugin information:

There have been no new plugins installed recently.
However, I do keep everything updated — all plugins, including WooCommerce and WordPress, are running on the latest available versions.

Danke für eure Antworten. Jetzt weiß ich, dass es mehrere betrifft und definitiv bei DHL liegt. Bleibt wohl nur die Hoffnung, dass DHL am Montag recht zeitig Arbeitsbeginn hat und sich der Lösung des Problems mal direkt mit Hochdruck widmet!

In reply to: [Germanized for WooCommerce] Fehler bei Erstellung von DHL-Labelsnachdem ich vermutlich momentan allein von dem Problem betroffen bin (sonst hätten sich ja noch zahlreiche andere User gemeldet…), scheint es keine generelles Problem bei DHL zu sein, richtig?
Jedoch habe ich an meiner Seite bzw. dem Shop seit gestern (und da ging ja noch alles einwandfrei) nichts verändert.
Ich habe mal mein Passwort bei DHL geändert und in den Einstellungen dann aktualisiert. Hat aber auch nichts weiter gebracht.
Würde es was bringen, das Plugin zu deaktiveren und wieder zu aktivieren oder mal komplett zu deinstallieren und wieder drauf zu machen?Forum: Plugins

Es funktioniert super! Der Mailversand klappt einwandrei und ich hab sogar eine Übersicht über die versendeten Mails. Von dem her würde ich, Stand heute, mal sagen: Problem gelöst!

Ich habe mir alles nochmal durchgelesen und sämtliche Einstellungen überprüft. “Eigentlich” stimt alles bzw. hat schon gestimmt. Manchmal gehen die Mails mit dem Tracking-Code auch raus. Ich bin mir nur nicht so 100% sicher, wie das Muster ist bzw. die Gemeinsamkeit bei den nicht versendeten (ist ja auch ziemlich schwer rauszufinden leider). Aber gut….kurz um:
Kann ich in die “Ihre Bestellung ist abgeschlossen”-Mail einen kleinen Satz einbauen inkl. der DHL Tracking-Nummer?
