These extra Feature(s) would be great.

Manage Form

Standard Fields
File Upload Allow multiple files selection

Form Settings General
Allow Choice to Save or Not Save submissions to database while still allowing multiple notifications

Completion Message
Allow formatting for paragraph or line breaks

Submissions List

Form Submission Column’s display with Basic Label instead of Unique Slug

Have separate Sub Menu Page for Submissions sortable by form

Yes Resolved.
To use Download Attachments (DA Version 1.0.8)) with Types (Types Version 1.5.5):

In Types Display Section: Thumbnail must be activated.

I finally traced the attachment problem down to neither of the plugins having a problem.

The problem was in the Custom Post Types settings:
Display Sections
Thumbnail must be activated.

It must be in the new way attachments are called in WP 3.9. Although I was only using audio attachments, after activating Thumbnails for the CPT all was well.

As for page-attributes, Pages and hierarchical, the metabox only displays when there are multiple pages available for child selections and then the metabox does display correctly.

I believe the problem may be with Types.

The Edit Custom Post Type is not saving correctly”
page-attributes, Pages and hierarchical are all set to true. But Parent metabox does not display.

Debug This says:
[capability_type] => post

I also have support issue submitted to Download Attachments (DA). Response from DA “It looks ok on our installs. But more compatibility tests are on the way.”

Display Sections

Advanced
Rewrite
Pages
show_in_menu
show_ui
publicly_queryable
exclude_from_search
hierarchical
can_export
query_var

Default value EP_PERMALINK

Post Relationship
Parent: None
Children: None

Download Attachments:
General settings:
Supported Post Types
“Select which post types would you like to enable for your downloads.”
“Example” was available for selection and was selected.

CPT Menu:
Added New post type under Example / Example1
Add new Attachments Metabox is available and selected takes to Media Library/Upload Files.
File is selected (tried both image or audio) and shows Attachment Details .
Click on Add selected Attachments.
Error:
No attachments added yet.
Unexpected error occurred. Please refresh the page and try again.

Yes everything else is fine.

I have updated now to Restricted Site Access Version 5.0. Now Shopp scripts load but calls archives.php instead of Shopp pages.

Shopp automatically generates an appropriate canonical link element for all Shopp storefront pages. mydomain.com/shop/

Shopp normally calles the page.php template.

Just a thought. Did you Deactivate all Mailpress Add_ons (located in plugins submenu), before you uninstalled the Mailpress Plugin?

It sounds like you may have activated Mailpress Add-ons: “Roles and capabilities” and/or “Sync wordpress user”.

I too would like to use google storage as a CDN. I already use Picasa, Calendar, Web Tools, etc. Would make everything very convenient.
