Ok. In the meantime I could get around the problem by configuring the Convert Pro modal to not be displayed at the checkout page.

I saw the menu entry on a staging site, but in our live system it is missing.
We’re currently having some other issues probably related to an incompatibility with one of our plugins. I need to search for this plugin and contact their support or remove it.
