Though it took a day for me to sort it out! he he!!
Created a new folder and a php file into that for wp form (shortcode) and called it from atlast-agency-front-tpl.php ..
Styling CSS everything available from WP forms tutorial and a Youtube video made it more simple with the alignment https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Bhtt0pDW7p0Thank you so much for your idea on atlast-agency-front-tpl.php file.. It sowed the seed or paved the way whatsoever..
And I am not a developer/designer.. lol!
