All aspects of the legacy ticker need to be on the new one and I can’t figure it out. I am using the Kadencewp theme.

We have v 3.3.27 installed and it wants us to update to v 3.5.1.21 and it won’t do it automatically. When I try to activate in the plugin – I am getting a “User Registration is not currently allowed” error.
