Hi @bvlich,

A mail from an inbox tagged as “weird forward” when it does not classify as bounced. Then it is forward to the email you specify.

If you are sure about some of these “weird forward” mail can be bounced, can you please share such mails content with us to investigate to see if this plugin is failing to detect real bounce?

Can you please share these information about your WordPress installation —

1. WordPress version.
2. Woocommerce version.
3. Add-on WooCommerce version.
4. Active theme name and version.
Any other Woocommerce addon those are active.

If you can provide us with correct information, we can re-create the problem what you’re facing can be solved as quickly as possible.

If you can’t connect any providers email with Bounce Handler Mailpoet3 , if you have any secondary hosting space can you please install Mailpoet and this plugin in it to check if your mails are able to connect.

If you don’t have any alternative server you can even setup a local development server using xampp.

Let us know if your emails can’t connect from any other server.

Hi @darian2,

Weird Bounces are those emails didn’t detect as bounced. If your bounce email inbox got lots of “general” email those are not from automated mail server notification than these will detect as “weird bounce” .

Now, you can check if thes weird bounces mail are really bounced or not.

I did able to subscribe your newsletter through the contact page you have given here.

Here is what I did and see ->

First, as a contact page visitor I did fill out each text fields those are mandatory, than I checked the Wollen Sie meinen Newsletter abonnieren? checkbox. <i>full image : https://i.imgur.com/jCGETJo.png </i>

Then I got the subscription confirmation link via Mailpoet in my inbox <i>full image : https://i.imgur.com/EiWhemu.png </i>

Afterwards, I did click on confirmation link to confirm me as subscriber and redirect to your site Mailpoet confirmation page . <i>full image : https://i.imgur.com/nSfSDyM.png </i>

Our plugins purpose is to subscribe contact form submitter if they wish to be subscriber. My inspection tells me that it is working with your site. Can you please tell me in detail what is not working ? If possible please screenshot / video walk-through , which will helps us to understand the real problem you are having.

Can you please post your contact page link and screenshot of your form settings page with us?

Also, tell us which version of Mailpoet + Gravity form + WordPress you are using, which will help us to debug. BTW, this plugin is working on our installation and couple of others client site smoothly. There could be other themes/plugin conflicting with this plugin.
