In the latest versions, we added a clear cache for Ally. When visiting any page in view mode and hovering over the assistant button, there is a clear all cache button. Click it, and it will clear the specific cache.

We did have a small bug with it but it was fixed in the latest versions, please make sure that you have the most recent version by checking the plugins page and clicking update of available.

The features are only active if the visitor clicks one of them, it is not active by default.
The widget itself cannot be hidden until a user wants to use it because there will be no indication to that, but you can assign a button for the widget dynamically anywhere on the page, if you are using elementor editor.

You can clear Ally cache by accessing any page in view mode, hovering over the assistant at the top, and clicking ‘Purge All Cache’. It should solve any caching issues on the website related to Ally.

My napolgoies for the delayed response.
Unfortunately, we are aware of the conflict with Translatepress and other translators for the websites, apart for WPML.
This happens due to a change in URL when a user selects a different language, the connection to Ally is lost, and therefore, the widget does not display.
We are working to rectify the issue as quickly as possible. Currently, only WPML is compatible with Ally, with no known conflicts.
My deepest apologies for the inconvenience.

The widget by default is supposed to be close when a user enters the page, is it consistently open?
Any user can select to hide the widget by clicking the icon and selecting the hide widget at the top.

Have you tried to clear ally cache? also, are you still experiencing the same issue after our release of 3.9.0?
