Hi John, thanks I did the ‘save changes’ action too as you suggested.

Yes just checked and all working, it’s a great plugin and thanks for the quick response too.

Resolved after installing the latest update to nextgen

Update: this is now resolved after the recent upgrade to nextgen which I applied today.

I am a newbie to WP, if I deactivate plugins do I lose associated data?

I did previously try chrome, iE, and Safari.
