Did you submit your page with “related” content? Please send this issue along with your smartling projectId and WP post id to [email protected]. We will try to figure out what’s going wrong there.

In reply to: [Smartling Connector] Smartling Live button doesn’t workThis is not a button, but an indicator that the feature is available. It is off by default, and you can enable Live notifications in profile settings to get popups with information about the jobs progress in the plugin.

In order to help you we must know how your custom fields are created? Could you please provide us with an example, since there are several ways to create custom fields:1. Using ACF plugin (or ACF-pro)
2. Using using meta boxes
3. Using third-party plugins that use additional database tables.
