In reply to: [MediHealth] Kontakt Menü – not mobileHi @masterfox5
Thank you for your message.
Our team is actively working on the theme, and we’ve carefully noted your request regarding the phone and email bar visibility on mobile devices. Currently, the contact bar is not displayed on mobile and tablet views, which is why you’re not seeing it on smaller screens.
We’ve forwarded this requirement to our development team, and it will be included in an upcoming theme update so that the contact bar can also appear properly on mobile and tablet devices.
We’ll keep you updated once the enhancement is added in the latest version.
Thank you for your patience and support.

In reply to: [Awp Marketing Agency] Change Background ColourHi @manhire
Thank you for reaching out. The version you’re currently using is the free theme, which comes with limited features. The background color and dark mode customization options are only available in the premium version. To unlock full access to these settings and other advanced features, you’ll need to upgrade to the premium theme.
Thank you

Hi @trible
Yes, you can remove the top bar using the theme customizer. Simply navigate to your dashboard and go to Appearance > Customizer > Theme Options > Topbar Options.
To extend the menu bar, follow the same steps, but instead of selecting Topbar Options, go to Menu Settings.
Our team is currently working on the theme documentation, and it will be made publicly available soon.
Thank you

In reply to: [Neom Blog] Translating Cusomizer contentWe understand that the strings are not visible in the Polylang plugin. This happens because the theme’s default data is being called from the theme companion plugin, and since Polylang only searches the theme files for strings, it cannot fetch them.
Therefore, we recommend using the TranslatePress plugin instead of Polylang to edit the strings in your language.

In reply to: [Neom Blog] How can I migrate saving changes? We recommend exporting the theme data XML file from your WordPress website dashboard. You can then import this data into your migrated website.
For customizer theme data, use the “Customizer Export/Import” plugin to export your saved settings and then import them into your migrated website using the same plugin.
Thank you

In reply to: [Metaverse] Text on new line in the SlideshowHi @magen1
As per WordPress guidelines, it’s imperative to refrain from echoing HTML without proper escaping. Consequently, directly echoing HTML tags into the theme code isn’t feasible.
A viable approach could involve expanding the text or words, allowing them to naturally transition to a new line.
