Thanks for being interested in using our plugin. The plugin works fine with the RTL language like the Persian language. To make the plugin work on your website please, Enable the RTL mode in the carousel option. The plugin is a shortcode based plugin that’s why it does not have dashboard menu. The documentation and video may help you to make it work.

In latest WordPress version, The Text widget has the bug. They will fix it in next WordPress update. Hence, you can use this text widget to work it perfectly.

The shortcode should look like[post-carousel id="1"].The
idattribute is to make the shortcode unique. Like –[post-carousel id="2"] [post-carousel id="3"]The posts from perticular category is not possible with the current version of the plugin.

We see that the issue is with the latest WordPress 4.8 text widget. Use a plain text widget plugin to use the carousel shortcode.
