hello, no they don’t have different roles.
I tried both to create a new account and to create a new product but in both cases the private products are not seen.The customer added that no reseller sees them, I tried to change the permissions of the ‘resellers’ role but it still doesn’t work.
For roles I use your plugin. I cleared the cache both via plugin and from the server but nothing changes.
I also tried to change the role plugins but the problem still exists

I have deactivated (and subsequently deleted) the SG optimizer plugin but I have not solved the problem. I tried to install a new caching plugin but even so it didn’t fix. Was this what you meant or do I have to do another operation? thank youForum: Plugins
