In reply to: [WooCommerce] logs say approved order but not in backendyeah so just checked i guess you never received my email from my email account where i attached log files ect. can you respond with a email address we can discuss this privately? there is a huge issue that needs resolve and not getting any straight answers. keep banging away at this and no one responds. Woocommerce. ecommerce i expect a private reply so this can get dealt with.

Sent message from contact page, not logged in. Says message was sent successfully but when I log into email client, the email is not there. Not sure what’s up./ Hope you may be able to help me out. Thank you.Forum: Plugins

Anyway I had a customer who reported these errors take a drive through after I made the first changes above and was reported no problems now. I have another taking a drive through today.
I keep plugins updated faithfully so is the latest onsite, spam and firewall.
Should I go ahead a deactivate etc, I would have no way of knowing if it helped unless I got more reports from customers.ALso since it is age not found errors, the antispam would/could be causing that as appose to the firewall plugin by CleanTalk?
In reference to the above, should I continue to deactivate, delete and reinstall or just leave it for now?Thank you very much.

Do I still need to reinstall the plugin vis complete deactivation option? The Firewall plugin? (We use both spam and firewall)

In reply to: [Virtue] Category Images VerticalI see what you mean about the sidebar. When I click the drop down the links are overlaying the page content rather than dropping down to the right.
I did set in shop settings yes. I use Ultimate Expandable Woocommerce Categories plugin by Magnium Themes.
Under my Virtue Child Theme folder I have a woocommerce folder for any updates I hae to do manually for woocommerce. a functions and style.css which I haven’t done any thing with since building the child theme when I first started using Virtue.

I have since enbable the antispam plugin again and will check if I can log in. Hopefully.Forum: Themes and Templates

SWo I ftp’s site and renamed the antispam folder. Then I was able to access. Please check the antipspam thing.
