This issue start few month back.
i try disable all my plugins but still occur .
i also go far and clear all server cache and disable all plugin except woo commerce

Thanks to you yes still work with a little bit of customization and change in code.
Add my custom SQL statement and joined with other table manage to pull all the info I needed

yes it is a local payment gateways
i assume that they don’t send correct reponse to the system after payment cancel or failed.

i found the what is my issue is.
i use SVG for all my logos and icons that’s why it can not render the format .
i change to png all working now.

i also have same issue

my images and logo not showing in email, i tried gmail, yahoo, hotmail all same issue. the image link tailed by an some sort of random cdn url which cause the image url break

not a bad plugin , just need more usablity, not everyone use normal products this days.
perhaps you can allocate more time to make this goof plugin more usable.

i found the way around this with woocomerce mailchimp extension and mailchimp automation email, 100% working. perhaps those whom has same issue like me can refer to this

Use mailchimp for woocommerce (Official extention)
connect your store
create segment in your audience based on purchased product
and let it send

every time someone buy product they will subscribe to your mailchimp list and based on the product it will send automated email .

turns out there is CSS conflict and the menu icon for add provider on top right is missing. i just add through css and it worked
