Appreciate your effort, however we’ve had to move on to another platform.
The Action Scheduler was already deactivated.

Account deletion email goes through successfully, but the account registration email does not send out.
Any other ideas on how to fix this? If not, I’ll need to move on to another solution.
Thanks again for your support.
Yes, I’ve been able to modify an email template with a new subject and the changes stayed in tact.
Again, thanks for your help on this. Surely we’ll figure this out soon.

Just chatted with hosting support engineers and found out that mod security is not active on the platform…
“…mod_securityandmod_rewriteare not active on the platform. Just a note regarding any mods or functions on Flywheel: they are enabled or disabled on a platform-wide basis; we will not be able to modify this for any individual installs if it was requested.”I checked with the hosting support team and they said “the ModSecurity or another server side security measure isn’t catching the emails or blocking them”
Any other ideas on troubleshooting this issue?
Yes.
Action Scheduler has been disabled.
I tested registering a new user again and still am not receiving the notifications.
Again, thanks for your continued support on this.
Emails are being successfully sent out and delivered to the users from the WP All Users page. I sent a password reset email and it showed up in the users inbox.
Also, I’ve enabled Action Scheduler.
I performed the theme/plugin conflict test by deactivating all plugins, except for Ultimate Member, and used the twenty-twenty-three WordPress theme. I also enabled PHP error logging.
I’m still having the same result. Only the account deletion emails are being sent out from the site when I delete a user. No email is being sent out when a user registers.
The debug.log is not providing any information.
Thanks for your continued support.
I’m having this exact same issue. I get the notification email after we delete a user, but no other notification emails come through. I’m using the free version of Ultimate Member 2.9.2. I’ve disabled and re-enabled the New User Notification email.
I’ve downloaded the Check-Email plugin and it shows the account deletion email go through as well as the test email that the plugin allows for.
Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.
