In reply to: [RSVPMaker] Volunteer RSVP Form keeps disappearing on plugin updateWithout updating recently, I have the same issue. So today I updated to the latest version of WP and this plugin, and the problem is the same.
I was indeed able to find the form via the ‘Special’ filter on the events page and this one seems unchanged. But all the events (from template) have no form anymore and I also can’t select it, because it says it couldn’t find it.
When visiting wp-admin/post.php?action=edit&post=6794&back=7454 it says “You’re trying to edit something that doesn’t exist. Maybe it’s deleted?” (Translated from Dutch). I came to that URL by clicking on one of the links in screenshot https://www.screencast.com/t/MusufmqjIxI6 from @metaliz.
I don’t understand why it is broken like this all of a sudden.
@metaliz you already have an idea/fix that works?- This reply was modified 4 years, 5 months ago by Robert.

In reply to: [RSVPMaker] Date is displayed in EnglishI think it still doesn’t work correctly for time settings. In settings it is set to 24 hours. My event is set to start at 19:00. The page displays 07:00 (without AM/PM).
I didn’t replace everything (WP, theme, plugins) directly to see if the problem came back again, but it didn’t, so today I replaced all files from the repo. I didn’t see suspicious changed files with a date around the moment the problem appeared. Still scary to not know what the problem is, but I think it’s nice that it’s gone for now.
The problem seems gone now, but I’m still wondering/investigating where the redirect to the malicious site is. The domain is https://ontmoetingskerkvriezenveen.nl/
Both ipv4 and ipv6 return grade A.
Something interesting I found out: when the plugin is disabled (and the problem is gone) and when I enable ‘always redirect to https’ in the iThemes Security plugin, the same thing happens. Could there be something in the script that does this redirect? Can you tell me where it is (from your plugin) so I know where to look?
Sorry, I don’t want to blame or accuse the plugin of something, especially not if it’s not true. But it was (and still is) just a finding I wanted to share as soon as possible.
I installed the plugin again (after deleting) after downloading it from the WP repo and retried. Again the site redirected to the malicious domain after activating SSL. When activating the plugin without activating SSL in the plugin, the problem did not appear.
When disabling the plugin (via WP menu -> Plugins) with the option ‘keep https’, the problem was still there. Only when disabling the plugin via the checkbox and then disable from the dropdown (of WordPress), the problem disappeared. Any idea what this could be then or where to look?
It’s not my password or another user.

In reply to: [RSVPMaker] Date is displayed in EnglishI can’t find from which release things changed, hard to say because I did several updates and wanted to check someday if I could fix it myself, so it took some time. If the date-time-settings weren’t changed in the code, maybe the translation (.po/.mo) files did the magic?
I just did the update to the latest version and it fixed the words (so thanks for that, that’s already a lot better), but not yet the right order. It now says:
zondag mei 30, 2021 9:30 AM aan 10:30 AM
but according to my WordPress settings it should be:
zondag 30 mei 2021 9:30 aan 10:30
(the word ‘aan’ is not correct, but I think that is something for the translation files)

In reply to: [RSVPMaker] Delete all attendees to a listing at onceFor now I won’t be able to do a thorough check on the translations. They work for my website, but I understand that it should be neat when they are placed on a place like this.

In reply to: [RSVPMaker] Delete all attendees to a listing at once@psmits1567 O excuse me. I uploaded a .po-file I had on my website but wasn’t able to finish it and leave it in a good way here. I translated parts a year ago or so, and maybe some texts were already translated. I saw on this page that there was almost nothing translated, so I uploaded it, not looking at guidelines or so.

In reply to: [RSVPMaker] Delete all attendees to a listing at onceMaybe a nice feature for a future version: delete events automatically when they are X days/weeks/months old.

In reply to: [RSVPMaker] Delete (invisable) templateIt looks like it worked. Or at least, I’ve waited 24 hours and don’t see the unwanted event showing up again (because of the fix or because I deleted the trash).
I now only don’t understand why my events are listed with an English word for the day in “%A %e %B %Y”, while other texts are in Dutch (NL_nl). Might not because of this update, but I don’t know if I changed something the last time to set it to Dutch.. 🤔
